Menstrual Education Workshops
When workplaces embrace the menstrual cycle, everyone thrives.
Recognising the menstrual cycle at work means more than supporting employee wellbeing – it strengthens effectiveness, fosters self-awareness and empathy, encourages open conversations about wellbeing and workload, and helps create workplaces where people feel seen and valued.
The ripple effect reaches far beyond the office, contributing to a kinder society, and a legacy for generations to come.
Backed by 15 years’ facilitation experience, I lead inclusive, trauma-informed workshops that turn silence into respect, stigma into confidence, and confusion into body literacy.
Bespoke Workplace Workshops
Why is this important now?
We are living through a time of profound cultural and workplace change, yet women’s lived experience and cyclical nature remain largely absent from organisational awareness and leadership conversations.
The ripple effect extends far beyond the workplace, contributing to a kinder society and a legacy for generations to come.
I have seen profound shifts in organisations that have embraced menstrual cycle awareness, benefiting both employees who experience menstrual cycles and the wider workplace culture.
These bespoke Menstrual Cycle Education Workshops are designed for corporates, charities, and startups and support employees who who identify as women and people who menstruate, while equipping allies to foster empathy and collaboration. They are intentionally inclusive, aligning with, and enhancing your company’s values of diversity, equity, and mutual support.
When organisations acknowledge and respect menstrual health, the impact is profound. Employees who practice menstrual cycle awareness often gain a deeper connection to their natural rhythms — enabling them to plan, prioritise, and collaborate in ways that support their energy and focus. For employers, this translates into teams that are more engaged, adaptable, and resilient – strengthening both workplace culture, and long-term sustainability.
