THE WOMB WAY

Reclaim Your Life: A 6-week Holistic Healing Journey for Women with Endometriosis

You’re not broken.

You’ve just been fighting your body for too long.

You’re exhausted from painful, heavy periods, endometriosis, fatigue and overwhelm dictating your life.

Maybe you’re tired of cancelling plans, taking yet another day off work, missing birthdays and festivals, and watching life happen without you, while you’re curled up in bed. Maybe you’re wondering how you’re supposed to build a career or business your body can actually sustain. Or why you keep pushing until you crash – and then beating yourself up for not keeping up.

You’re not alone, I’ve been there.

I spent 17 years navigating painful periods, misdiagnoses, and eventually an endometriosis and adenomyosis diagnosis.

Everything changed when I stopped fighting my body and learned to listen to it.

Through developing body literacy skills, tracking my cycle and making it relevant in all aspects of my life, I was able to reconnect with my womb and rebuilt trust in my body. I began to live in tune with my cycle rather than against it.

I learned how to prepare for difficult days, navigate flare-ups with confidence, plan work around my energy and build a sustainable business without forcing myself to operate at the same pace every day.

And slowly, life became bigger than endometriosis. My nervous system settled, my inflammation went down, my pain lessened.

I began working flexibly, travelling, making plans with friends and living in tune with my cycle.

My lived experience and knowing what works as a holistic practitioner led me to creating this journey for you.

The Womb Way is here to become your roadmap to understanding your body, regulating your nervous system, working with your cycle and creating a life that works for you.

I strongly believe that women with endometriosis can thrive and that you deserve to have a life where you get to be

THE MAIN CHARACTER.

The Transformation

✺ From “How am I supposed to keep up?” → to working with your actual capacity

✺ From pushing until you crash → to pacing, planning and honouring your energy

✺ From cancelled plans & missed life → to making space for friendships, pleasure and connection

✺ From endless Googling & second-guessing → to confidence in understanding and navigating your own experience

✺ From feeling like your body controls your life → to creating a sustainable, cycle-aligned way of living and working

On this 6-week journey, you will:

✺ Learn to understand your body's signals and patterns so you can make decisions with greater self-trust

✺ Know how to prepare for and support yourself through painful flares and painful periods

✺ Reclaim your period as a time of sacred rest instead of fear or dread

✺ Learn to live cyclically and work with the four seasons of your cycle — planning work, creativity, connection, and rest around your changing energy and capacity

✺ Stop measuring yourself against bodies that don't share your experience

✺ Build an endometriosis-specific nervous system toolkit, rooted in somatic awareness and Polyvagal Theory

✺ Learn how to advocate for yourself and your needs in medical and other societal contexts

✺ Feel supported by and connected with a community of women who truly get you

Through learning how to ebb and flow with your cycle, and finally trust your body and intuition, you’ll be able to create a life that isn’t dictated by endometriosis. And you deserve nothing less.

I am Martyna, your guide.

I'm a trauma-informed Menstrual Cycle Coach in my 40s, and I know what it’s like to live with very painful, heavy periods and endometriosis.

And as a millennial, late-diagnosed ADHD woman, I've also walked through fire to arrive at a place of deep trust in my body’s wisdom and peace with my menstrual cycle.

For 17 years, I searched for answers through misdiagnoses, self-care practices, nervous system tools and spiritual exploration.

Then I discovered Menstrual Cycle Awareness.

It changed my life. MCA gave me the language to understand my body, helped me trust my intuition and finally feel at home in myself.

When I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis in 2020, it was an affirmation — not a revelation.

My healing journey has included surgery, nervous system work, lifestyle changes, womb re-connection practices, and deep inner work.

Today, I combine my lived experience, and my professional training and mind-body approach to help women build more empowered relationships with their bodies and cycles.

My nervous system work is rooted in Polyvagal Theory and somatic awareness, helping you recognise your body's signals and develop practical tools for regulation and resilience.

Because I’ve been where you are — and I don’t want you to spend 17 years searching for answers.

I want you to have the tools and self-trust to know when to rest, how to prepare for a flare-up, how to communicate what you need, and to keep building a life that feels good to you.

The goal isn’t to fight your body.

It’s to build a relationship with it that allows you to reclaim your life.

✺ Build a life you never thought possible – where endometriosis is part of your experience, but doesn’t dictate the size of your life

  • “Menstrual cycle coaching has been a real eye opening and supportive experience for me. Although I regularly track my periods, and have been reading and educating myself on the menstrual cycle, I’ve felt such a real and positive shift through my work with Martyna. Beyond just tracking periods and any symptoms, it’s been an invitation to go deeper within myself and nurture my intuition and self-expression. Taking a more introspective, intuitive approach to tracking - which my hectic, on-the-go self originally felt was a really small, slow action - has been transformative. It’s been really nourishing to connect with myself deeper and also start to unpack these defined boxes I have for myself for each season. I think in the past I had seen my cycle as somewhat separate to me, and coaching with Martyna has really helped me to connect with myself on various levels and listen to what I need and how to make that reality in different areas of my life.”

  • “Working with Martyna has been incredible. Her wisdom, support and intuitive guidance has helped me through the pre and post surgery emotions so much. I feel heard, understood and validated by Martyna's words and her useful advice, experience and food for thought questions which allow me to look deeper into my mindset, inner narratives and overall views about my pain and endometriosis. This has been extremely useful to pause, reflect and slow down some of the more anxious thoughts I have been having surrounding the surgery and findings thereafter. Martyna creates a safe space and soundboard which i am deeply grateful for in this major part in my endometriosis journey and life.”
